The customer is obligated to pay for the product after receiving a response to their inquiry and confirmation of the order.

Payment is made in euros (EUR) after the goods are ready., and transaction security is ensured through reliable payment processors that use the highest encryption standards to protect data.

Payment must be completed in full before the order is forwarded for delivery. In the event of a declined transaction or payment failure, the order will be placed on hold until the payment is resolved. If the payment is not completed within 5 working days, the order will be automatically canceled.

Our products are handmade and made to order. The delivery time includes the production time, which is estimated at 4 weeks.

For deliveries within the European Union (EU), the shipping time is 4-5 business days, from Monday to Friday and during working hours, excluding holidays.

The delivery times indicated in the order confirmation are for informational purposes only. No liability or compensation can be claimed in case of delays in delivery compared to the estimated timeframe. The company is not responsible for delays that are not directly attributable to it.

The customer is obliged to carefully check the quantity and condition of the packages upon delivery. All irregularities, including discrepancies in the number of packages received compared to the number ordered or damage to the product or packaging, must be noted to the carrier as “accepted with reservation” on the delivery note and reported to the company – quoting the order number.

In case you wish to return a product, returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, please contact us via email, including your order number in the message.

The seller is obliged to refund the buyer within 14 days from the date of receiving the notice of withdrawal. The refund may be delayed until the seller receives the returned goods or until the buyer provides proof of return.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products customized or made according to the consumer’s specific requirements (e.g., personalized products).

The company provides a 10-year warranty on the products.

If you wish to file a claim regarding your purchase, please follow the procedure below.

Send an email with the following information:

  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Photos of the defect (to speed up the processing of your claim)
 

The company will not be responsible for any damages or defects resulting from:

  • Improper use, negligence, or accidents
  • Short circuits in the electrical grid
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Incorrect maintenance or installation
  • Normal wear and tear

To preserve the quality and longevity of the lamp, clean its surfaces using a soft cloth.

Avoid using acetone or alcohol. Do not use abrasive pastes or rough cleaning tools such as coarse sponges, as they may damage the surface.

Metal parts should be cleaned gently with a damp cloth.
